Greetings Partners, Potential Partners, Friends, and Visitors,
For almost a decade now, our company has provided quality audiovisual and information technology services to many houses of worship, businesses, and organizations across the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas. No matter how big or small your organization is, and even no matter how great or little your technical pain-points are, we have always been ready to tackle them with well equipped service teams and emergency response. Even in the middle of a health crisis, I want to reassure that our mission hasn’t changed.
On behalf of our leadership team, we understand the current events and timelines that are taking place. This COVID-19 is just beginning and our company is starting to observe a decline in numbers pertaining to physical attendance at many churches and workplaces. We are also observing a high demand for online support. With that being said, Pete Guyette, Chief Engineer and Owner of Kingdom Technology Partners, has decided to extend all company operations to 7 days a week. We are also available 24-7 via our online chat.
In compliance with federal, local, and CDC guidelines, our company is considered an essential service provider in telephony and information technology services.
Our teams are currently taking safety precautions and measures to include:
1) All employees are to maintain safe working distances (6 feet) from each other at all times.
2) Keep work zones “sterile” areas and use CDC approved cleaning products to clear areas before leaving.
3) All employees are to report to one worksite a day to prevent cross contamination.
4) All employees will not report to work if any symptoms relate to the flu or COVID-19. Should a symptom be found relating to COVID or the flu, the employee will remain in quarantine for at least 14 days.
5) For all current projects, we have been scheduling meetings though online video conferencing. If a new client wishes to have a telephone or video conference meeting, we are more than happy to set up a day and time.
