WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

Kingdom Technology Partners, LLC. (KTP) is pleased to provide our all clients and partners with the following limited warranty agreement:

Notice:

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied. This warranty shall be null and void and KTP, shall not be liable for any damages or expenses, if the owner or client does not first grant us access to the premises and the opportunity of a KTP Representative to inspect, correct, or replace alleged defective items, before the client incurs expenses or has work done by a replacement contractor.

What is Covered:

KTP warrants that the installations and services provided are reasonably free of defects and within customary tolerances of the audiovisual industry. “Customary tolerances of the audiovisual industry” means that tolerances common and expected in the audiovisual industry are guaranteed to be performed by a skillful and professional contractor. Our company guarantees that the work reasonably conforms to the requirements of the Statement of Work, signed contracts, drawings, plans, and specifications. If any defects are found, KTP shall repair or replace any of the alleged defective work at its cost should it be deemed by our engineers and technicians that it doesn’t meet conditions under what is not covered. Work will be started within a reasonable time after written notice from the owner and KTP will have the option of repairing or replacing the defect at its election.

Term of Warranty- One Year:

Our warranty, as well as the statute of limitations for any claim of damages for defective work, materials, and services, is one year from substantial completion, defined as the earlier of: 1) the date of final acceptance of the client, or 2) the first time the new owner turns on the equipment. In accordance with good faith and governing laws, all warranties will be disclosed with all your contracts.

NOTE: Any rigging should be check and inspected every 12 months.  Any rigging electric motors must be certified every 12 months.

Transferability:

This warranty applies to the original owner, business, or corporation and may be transferred to any subsequent owner within the initial year period after substantial completion.

Equipment, Materials, and Services:

KTP hereby assigns (to the extent that they are assignable) conveys to the owner or business all manufacturers and suppliers’ warranties, together with the operating instructions if available, on all goods, materials, equipment, and services provided to KTP.

If KTP has provided certain material, equipment, and good that have been manufactured and or furnished by third party vendors, distributors, and manufacturers, we will use its best efforts so that such products are new and purchased from reputable suppliers. KTP also agrees to properly install such materials.

In the event a product or item is considered defective by the owner, KTP shall use its best effort to contact the supplier or the manufacturer and receive a free replacement. KTP shall then within a reasonable time reinstall that new product without charge.

If KTP is not the product provider, KTP warrants its services and workmanship only. Accordingly, KTP cannot warrant or guarantee the products themselves. KTP will not be liable for latent defects in any product, not observable on reasonable inspection). The Owner’s sole remedy for defective products, other than the obligation of KTP to replace same, is against such third-party vendors and manufacturers and their warranties, if any. This limitation still applies, and a warranty is not deemed made, even if KTP has furnished owner with product brochures, literature, or samples. Nor shall KTP be liable for dangerous products, design defects in products, or defective warnings. However, KTP shall lend assistance in setting any claim resulting from defects in these products.
