Normal Service Calls - Most service calls fall under this category. We do our best to respond to all service requests within a reasonable time period and schedule accordingly. most service calls requires lv.2.
Normal Service Call
- Normal Service Call Lv.1 - $250: This includes 1 Technician and 1 hour on-site. Each additional hour is $80.00/hour
- Normal Service Call Lv.2 - $450: This includes 2 Technicians and 1 hour on-site. Each additional hour $160/hour
Emergency Service Call - An emergency service call is when there is a time sensitive issue and we need to make significant changes to our schedule to accommodate. Generally, anything that needs to be addressed within 48 hours of the request or involves an evening will fall into this category.
Emergency Service Call
- Emergency Service Call Lv.1 - $300: This includes 1 Technician and 1 hour on-site. Each additional hour is $85.00/hour
- Emergency Service Call Lv.2 - $500: This includes 2 Technicians and 1 hour on-site. Each additional hour $170/hour
Weekend Service Call - At KTP, we are family oriented and do our best to ensure our team members are able to spend weekends resting and being with family. We understand that emergencies happen and sometimes weekend service is necessary. Service is not guaranteed on the weekend however, we will do our best to accommodate.
Weekend Service Call
- Emergency Service Call Lv.1 - $300: This includes 1 Technician and 1 hour on-site. Each additional hour is $85.00/hour
- Emergency Service Call Lv.2 - $500: This includes 2 Technicians and 1 hour on-site. Each additional hour $170/hour

Travel is included up to 1 hour or 40 miles (each way) from our main office in Monrovia. Additional travel time will be billed separately.
